LG publishes a full laundry code list and its two-character codes are consistent across models, which makes them unusually reliable to work from. The letters matter: OE and 0E are the same fault, but IE and LE are not.

Washer Drain Codes (OE)
OE — water will not drain; kinked hose or clogged pump filter
Washer Water Supply Codes (IE, FE)
IE — no or low water supply; FE — overfilled tub
Washer Balance & Motor Codes (UE, LE)
UE — unbalanced load; LE/LE1 — motor stalled or obstructed
Washer Door Lock Codes (dE)
dE — door not confirmed locked
Washer Heating & Sensor Codes (tE)
tE — heating/thermistor fault
Dryer Airflow & Duct Codes
D80 / D90 / D95 duct-restriction family — widely documented, not first
